  • Am I able to buy a bottle and enjoy it on the property?

    Yes. Guests may purchase a bottle to enjoy on property. Bottle service is offered daily on a first-come, first-served basis (availability may vary). Relax in our scenic outdoor spaces and enjoy world-class Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon in a luxurious yet welcoming setting.
  • Are all tastings ADA compliant?

    Yes. Our St. Helena tasting room and Historic Bergfeld Building are ADA accessible, with elevators available for guest use. Braille is included on outdoor signage and art installations.
  • Are dogs allowed at the winery?

    Yes — dogs are welcome at outdoor tastings in the Member's Lounge and while walking the property with a glass of wine. Dogs are not permitted on the HALL Signature Tour & Tasting, Cab Collector Experience, or Platinum Experiences.
  • Are Walk-ins Welcome?

    Walk-ins are welcome at HALL St. Helena & Palm Springs, but reservations are encouraged. Due to guest capacity limitations, we are unable to accept walk-ins at HALL Rutherford.
  • Are your Tasting Rooms Dog Friendly?

    Dogs are welcome outside on leash at all of our tasting rooms except for our Rutherford location. We can't wait to meet your furry friend!
  • Can I bring my children?

    Children are welcome in the Reflections of the Valley Bar Tasting area and in the Member's Lounge. They are not permitted on the HALL Signature Tour & Tasting, Cabernet Collector Experience, Platinum Experience, or other semi-private seated tasting experiences.
  • Can we purchase wine by the glass?

    Wine by the glass is available for those guests who wish to explore the property without participating in a tasting experience.
  • Can we walk around the property after our tasting or tour?

    Absolutely. Guests are welcome to relax and explore the property following their experience, capturing vineyard views, admiring art installations, and enjoying the serene atmosphere.
  • How do I make a reservation?

  • If I am a Member, do I need a reservation to visit?

    Walk-ins are welcome if space is available in the Member's Lounge. Reservations are recommended to ensure the most comfortable and personalized tasting experience. Book online or call 707-967-2626 to reserve.
  • If I buy wine after a tasting, will my tasting be waived?

    Tasting fees are not credited toward wine purchases. If you become a member during your visit, tasting fees may be refunded or partially credited depending on the experience enjoyed.
  • Is there food available to purchase with my tasting?

    Yes. Homemade pizzas are available Monday–Friday from 12:30–2:30pm. Guests visiting the Member's Lounge may also purchase artisan snacks such as curated cheese and charcuterie boards, thoughtfully selected to complement our Napa Valley wines.
  • What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
